I asked for a model of my Gran and Gramps’s bungalow. This wouldn’t have been an easy task as we are in the middle of a... big building project on it, so could only go from old pictures and videos!

Their... attention to detail was beyond my expectations and their customer service was prompt, friendly and accommodating in every single way. Delivery was made earlier than expected and the recipient was overwhelmed with joy.
I cannot fault this wonderful small business and plan to order another one real soon!
A tiny miniscule piece came apart during delivery and they were willing to fix it or send me glue on a next day delivery so I could fix it myself. It was absolutely not necessary and I had glue at home to reattach it (not that anyone would have noticed anyway!)

I love my little house so much, its just amazing! I ‘unboxed’ it on zoom with my family and it was so emotional for us... all! (In a good way 😊!). We lived there over 20 years and my mum passed away a few years ago then my Dad moved, we have so many happy family memories here and now I’m reminded of that homely feel every time I see this incredible model 🥰 thank you so much for your wonderful help with the limited photos I had showing the garden as it was, it’s so spot on 😍 we just love it so much 💛. We brought a house for our friends moving in gift and they absolutely loved it and so did we! We asked if we could have... the house for a specific date and they worked with us to get it completed in time. Every detail on the house was perfect and they even added a sign at our request.
